You must be getting paid by these dives you rave about. Rudy's is about the only place that I can agree with. Mama's is the worst Mexican food on the planet.I don't go out to bars, as I don't drink, so I wouldn't be able to rate any bartender's. You want to meet a single lady in belltown?, than bring your bank card and dress nice. But you'll more than likely meet someone from Bellevue. Being from Seattle, and having lived in Belltown for the past four years, I can say that it's over rated as a place to dine out or to live. Crime is always in your face when out an about. Doesn't matter what time it is, it's 24/7. It should be simple to address the crime in the area, what are you doing hanging out on the corner at 3:00am with a group of tweakers looking around as if somethings gonna happen? these fine people need to be checked out by the police. But the police arent out in force when this is going on. I called 911 one day to report people smoking crack at DSHS on third ave only to be told that it wasn't a high priority and that they couldn't be botherd with such a call. So I called back three times to report it and was told the same each time. This responce (or lack of) from 911 only tells me that I should not ever call and report a crime as they do not care to respond unless your bleeding or you've been shot. Garmseattle
